Within the SusAlgaeFuel project (Horizon Europe), Sustainable Flight Solutions (SFS Ireland) serves as the lead partner for Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) and industrial stakeholder engagement. Leveraging our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, we are conducting an iterative S-LCA designed to provide early-stage hotspot identification. This rigorous, data-driven approach allows for subsequent system optimisation, ensuring that microalgae-based SAF pathways are refined for maximum socio-economic benefit before reaching commercial scale. By bridging the gap between technical R&D and industrial viability, SFS Ireland manages high-level collaboration across the value chain, navigating complex regulatory landscapes,including ICAO CORSIA and EU RED II/III
